Becker, Gewurztraminer, Soft White, Alsace, Fr, Y, A light, refreshing hint of fruit without being overly sweet. The notes of apple, grapefruit, apricot, and melon are at the forefront of this wine along with a touch of the floral essence of gardenia. The finish that you experience is light and crisp with citrus hints.         

Alp Blossom

Dried edible flowers and herbs cover this beauty from Austria! Semi-firm with the aroma and taste of alpine meadows. Pasteurized cow’s milk.

Ottella Gemei Rosso Alto Mincio, Merlot, Cab Sauv, Corvina, Smooth Red, Garda, Lombardy, Italy, Y, Red fruit and spice bouquet with plum notes; more of the same in the mouth, fresh & delicious with fine tannins

Galician Small Scallops

Tiny scallops in the classic, very flavorful Galician sauce from Spain.

Cantina del Pino, Barbera, Smooth Red, Piemonte, Italy, Y, Ripe plum and fresh cherry flavors are supported by nice mineral tanins which give this wine great elegance      

Red Wine and Garlic Salami Vermont Salumi makes this salami from pork raised without antibiotics and is cured slowly and naturally. 

Saladin Chaveyron 1422, Syrah and Viognier, Bold Red, d’Ardèche, Rhone, Fr,    Y. With a history going back to 1422, this wine is offered as a table wine because it does not conform to the rules of the appellation. It’s organic, hand-picked, and very special. Aged for 9 months in large oak casks, it can be cellared for up to ten years. Awesome!
