Founded in 2011, brick & mortar focuses on single vineyard Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, both in still and sparkling wines, from high elevation sites in Napa Valley, Sonoma Coast and Mendocino Ridge AVA. In addition to single vineyard selections, they also produce unique and compelling blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, plus Syrah and Pinot Meunier. They strive for old world style, balanced wines that are bright and structured with low alcohol and distinct site characteristics. All wines are fermented natively, with minimal to no intervention, and oak is used judiciously in order to emphasize power, restraint and finesse.
We'll pair each wine with "curated" bites to bring out the nuances in the wine. Come enjoy a delicious and educational evening while engaging with fellow wine lovers at a private home in San Francisco - a true Salon experience!
