Local Event
Cost: $15 in advance, $20 at door
Join the North Coast Chapter Rhone Rangers on Saturday Sept 22 to celebrate International #GrenacheDay, a global celebration of Grenache with special tastings and events held all over the world.
The tasting will be held at Two Shepherds Winery in Windsor (north Sonoma.)
Like our previous Chapter tastings, this will be a small focused event, allowing for engagement and exploration. Attendees will receive a clipboard with detailed information on the wines being poured. Wineries will be pouring Grenache Noir, Grenache Blanc, Grenache rose, and Grenache based blends, for a wide experience of this variety.
Special Guest: We are delighted to have Rhone icon, Randall Grahm of Bonny Doon attending in person. Randall is considered the original "Rhone Ranger" and was an inspiration to many California winemakers.
Buy in advance and save $5 off the at the door (if available) price. Only $15.
If you live in the Bay Area outside of Sonoma, there are a number of inexpensive hotels close by, spend the weekend in wine country for harvest!
