Join us for a very special « Holiday Entertaining » Passions & Pairings. Chef Drew will teach you about unusual wines that go great with traditional American celebratory cuisine.

We’ll taste a Sparkling Malbec Rose’, a Spicy Gewurtztraminer, two reds—a Zinfandel or Zin Blend & an opulent Carignan. And for dessert we have something « pumpkin-spice » with a mellow Madeira. Great small plates too—chicken curry Canapés, Drew’s Mom’s Cranberry Salad, quick pan-sautéed Turkey Steaks, wild-rice stuffing & Pumpkin Mousse served with a cinnamon crisp. You’ll love this event & want to recreate it for your Holiday guests.
