We couldn’t think of a better way to  celebrate “Autumnal Equinox 2018” than with one of the world’s largest wine companies whose global brand portfolio includes some of the most recognized and awarded wines in the world!  David Protz of Treasury Wine Estates and Rob Garber of Johnson Brothers have selected 5 perfect wines for Chef Oakley’s early Fall food pairings. The evening will start with Château St. Jean Sparkling Rosé accompanying the reception hors d’oeuvres and be followed by Provenance Chardonnay, Penfold’s Bin 138 Shiraz Grenache Mataro (GSM), Beringer Quantum Red Blend Napa Valley for the next 3 courses  and ending with Penfolds Club Tawny with dessert.  Of course, we will post the menu as soon as it is complete; but, we’re certain that this dinner will fill up quickly, so we wanted to give you early notice so that you can:
