We all have ideas of what is good, and what is not good. When it comes to wine, we have our favorites, and we often get stuck on them. Sometimes we don’t try something new, because one of our friends had a bad one, and they’ve told us we won’t like it. The only way to cure that, is by trying something totally blind. Blind tastings can be very intimidating. However, when they are conducted in a fun environment, and with carefully selected wines, you might just discover something you didn’t know you liked! I promise, this is not going to be one where you have to guess what it is. I will pick well made wines and there will be no scores; just your taste buds. This will be an opportunity to experience some wines, without any preconceived ideas.
