Cost: $30.00 for 3-Course Menu + $15 for Wine Pairing

Chef and I had a blast putting together this super creative menu that we know you'll enjoy as much as the wines and beverages they're paired with. Cost is a mere $30 for a 3-course dinner and includes one choice from all three categories below. Wine pairings for all three courses are also available for $15. If you don't want to order the wine pairing, wines by the glass or bottle, cocktails and beer are also available.

Wine notes and bottle prices are at the end of this announcement if you're interested.

If you're interested in coming please make your reservation as soon as possible as some days are already starting to fill up. Reservations can be made for seatings anytime between 5:30 and 8:30. Here's the line-up:

WINE NOTES & BOTTLE PRICES
WV&B's Legendary Bloody Mediterranean
Wine Vault & Bistro's legendary version of a Bloody Mary with a Mediterranean twist. Made with 17 secret ingredients months in advance to allow the flavors to seamlessly meld.

2016 Shaya Verdejo ~ $14
(Spain) Winemaker's Notes: It displays a nose of toasty baking spices, nutmeg, spring flowers, marzipan, and pit fruits. A bit richer and more complex on the palate than the “regular” cuvee, this vibrant effort could evolve for 1-2 years but is drinking well now. Pair with seafood such as stuffed mussels, oysters, shrimps, and scallops, fish, vegetables, rices and pasta.

2017 Borsao Rosé ~ $9
(Spain) 100% Grenache. Winemaker's Notes: Red luminescent color with warm glows. Has a strong aroma of berries and sweets. Very young and fresh in the mouth, well balanced with its acidity, rich in floral nuances and spices.

2015 Tridente Tempranillo ~ $17
(Spain) Winemaker's Notes: Deep purple to the edge, aromas of toasty oak, graphite, balsamic, incense, and black fruits are followed by a dense, powerful Tempranillo. Rich, powerful and voluminous on the attack, a huge mouthful of crème-de-cassis concentration, silken and juicy in the mid palate with excellent length and persistence.

2016 Paul Hobbs "Crossbarn" Chardonnay ~ $23
(Sonoma Coast) Winemaker's Notes: Daffodil yellow with aromas of Bartlett pear, yellow peach, and citrus/yellow flowers. On the palate, there are flavors of juicy pink lady apple, fresh guava, and apricot. The texture is creamy, energetic, long and salivating.

2016 J Vineyards Pinot Noir ~ $17
(California) Winemaker's Notes: Aromatic notes of exotic spice, cherry preserves and black tea. The palate is plush, jammy and ripe with flavors of spicy black pepper, cola and plum. Enjoy this wine with roasted leg of lamb with a balsamic-fig reduction or cranberry-glazed roast turkey breast with creamy mushroom risotto.

2016 Daou Cabernet Sauvignon ~ $22
(Paso Robles) Winemaker's Notes: Blackberry, cassis, plum and currant aromas greet the nose, surrounded by black olives, anise, leather, and cigar box. Notes of graphite and crushed stone mingle with just a hint of cool mint. Robust and full bodied, an undercurrent of restrained power is palpable just below the surface at the core of this wine. Firm, fine grained tannins provide ample backbone for the layers of boysenberry, black cherry, licorice and dried herb flavors. Meaty and fleshy while retaining an overall elegance, it finishes with authority and finesse.

2014 Margerum "Late Harvest" Sauvignon Blanc ~ $24
(Santa Barbara County) Winemaker's Notes: Nose of juicy fruit, honey and ripe melon. Pleasantly sweet yet not cloying attack of more ripe fruit nicely balanced with rich Meyer lemon acidity in the evolution and long finish. Will age gracefully through 2020 developing nectar-like aromatics and becoming richer and even more honeyed. A well balanced dessert wine that pairs well with fruit salad, custardy desserts like crème brûlée, or salty cheeses.

NV Hidalgo Pedro Ximenez Sherry ~ $21 (500ml)
(Spain) Dense and velvety, and caramel in color, this wine is an explosion of raisins, dry figs and honey. It can be used for reduction sauces and for baking yet it is an excellent accompaniment to blue cheese, poured over vanilla ice cream or served alone.

WV&B's "Irish Coffee without the Coffee"
(Ireland) A decadent blend of Irish Cream, Irish Mist and Irish Whisky. Served on the rocks.
