Beginning as a wine collective in 1904, the Prunotto estate entered the modern era under the guidance of Beppe Colle, who spearheaded the creation of cru Barolo wines. Fast-forward to 1989 when the Antinori family purchased the estate and, with Albiera Antinori at the helm, set an agenda to push the storied Prunotto estate into the highest echelons of the contemporary wine world. Join IWM in celebrating the achievements of this storied estate with an intimate and exclusive tasting dinner hosted by Prunotto's esteemed winemaker, Emanuele Baldi. This special five-course dinner event will look forward to Prunotto's future as it honors the estate's past. Our knowledgeable team of sommeliers will pour a range of vintage Prunotto wines, all paired with spectacular dishes created by IWM's Chef Michael Marcelli and his in-house kitchen staff.
