We're very happy to offer a Passions & Pairings class presented in part by Peter Grisley of P.R.GRISLEY wines.  Peter is one of a very few people in Utah who have both a Wine Importer License and a Wine Broker License.  Peter has traveled extensively in Spain and in France and imports many great wines into the state.  At this event we'll be tasting five excellent wines--A Raventos Sparkler, a lucious Galician White or Rose', a light, youthful Garnacha, a big Spanish or Catalonian Red and a delicious dessert Sherry--all products brought in by P.R.Grisley Wine Imports.  Chef Drew Ellsworth will be pairing the wines with genuine Tapas including the Chef's own Herbed "Jamon", Pickled Beet Salad, Arroz con Pollo with Pears, a plate of Spanish Cheeses and a surprise Chocolate Dessert with a rich PX or Blended Sherry.  As always the chef will be serving his freshly baked European-style bread.  Please Join us for this very special food and wine presentation.
