Cost: $45 plus $15 paid to the wine instructor the Night of the class
Join us for a class built around 90 Point California Wines. We’ll discuss wine critics & the “Point” system invented by Robert Parker & adopted now by most Wine writers. In this class we’ll taste highly awarded wines: Sparkling, Rose’, White blend, Pinot Noir, Cab, Red Blend & Dessert all paired with chef Drew’s luscious small plates (exact menu forthcoming.). This may be Salt Lake’s oldest continuous, intimate food & wine pairing event—in the chef’s home since 2005. Wine instruction by Wasatch Academy of Wine.
