Course content: The Level 1 Award in Sake course focuses on learning the basics on how sake is made, how to taste and describe it, and the different styles and grades. You will also learn about how to pair it with food, serve and store it.

Instructor: David Munro is your instructor for this course. David is one of our lead instructors and spent several years living in Japan. He has taken the highest levels of sake courses in the English world, is fluent in Japanese, and is passionate about sake. We call David the sake samurai!
