The event begins with an in-depth tour of the vineyards and winemaking facility overlooking Seneca Lake, during which we will discuss the history of Fox Run Vineyards and winemaking in the Finger Lakes region.
Following the tour, Chef Brud Holland serves guests an incredible cheese-centered lunch in our historic barrel room featuring a selection of local cheeses, charcuterie, greens and fresh baked bread. (A gluten-free option is available- however we are unable to accommodate vegan.) Lunch will be served alongside a flight of six delicious wines, including a dessert wine.
