When life gives you lemons, you will want a Lemon Bubbles. Made with Pierre Ferrand 1840 Cognac, Limoncello and fresh lemon juice, Lemon Bubbles is a light and citrusy summertime refreshment.

Bourbon Bloom, created with Woodford Reserve Bourbon, St. Germaine Elderflower, fresh lemon juice and muddled mint leaves and blackberries, is the ultimate summer twist on a bourbon cocktail.

Peachy Glen, made with Belvedere Peach Nectar Vodka, Glenmorangie 10 Year, fresh lemon juice, stone fruit and garnished with mini edible orchids, is another refreshing and fun cocktail that tastes like summer in a glass. These cool and rejuvenating drinks are the perfect way to soak in the warm, summertime weather and toast with family and friends.

Next, pick from an assortment of crisp and fresh salads: Traditional Caesar Salad; Butcher’s Chop Salad; Kale Salad with Jalapeno Mint Vinaigrette; or Wedge Salad. Move onto the main course and select a mouthwatering entrée: 6 oz. Filet; Chargrilled Salmon served with Lemon Dill Butter and Cauliflower Mousse; Perry’s Famous Seven-Finger-High Pork Chop; or Chicken Oscar. Finish your Perry’s dining experience on a sweet note with Crème Brûlée, Dessert Trio, Candy Bar, or Nutty d’Angelo.
