It is with great pleasure that we are announcing our first ever, official, Wine Maker's Dinner with Castle Catering. We worked hard with our local chefs to create a divine 5 course meal that is seasonally fresh, and local, to pair with some of our best wines. This event will be held July 13th, Friday, at 6:00 in the evening in Sugar Pine Barn.

Grilled Peach and Arugula Salad finished with Castle Chive Vinaigrette and Fine Bleu Cheese Crumbles.

Washington Apple and Cherry Wood Smoked Tri-Tip with Lavender BBQ Sauce. Served with Yukon Gold and Local Carrot Jo-Jos
2014 Red Fusion Course
House Made Duck Pastrami on Sweet Potato & Roasted Red Pepper Napoleon. Finished with a Charred Green Chili Salsa and Fresh Purple Cabbage Pico de Gallo
