How well do we know a wine when we can't see the label, brand name, price or grape varietal?
We can learn a lot about how we taste when we don't know what we're tasting. When we drop all preconceived ideas of what a price, brand name or geographical location contributes to the overall quality of the wine what's left? Just our taste buds and the vino sitting in the glass. During this class we'll blind taste a series of wines to develop our skills as wine tasters, pick out certain regional characteristics and see how price may/may not contribute to overall quality.
