The Stephanie Inn welcomes world-class Adelsheim Vineyard, a 2017 Wine & Spirits Top 100 Winery, to our Dining Room for a collaborative wine pairing dinner with Adelsheim Winemaker, Gina Hennen and Stephanie Inn Executive Chef Aaron Bedard. Founded nearly 50 years ago as one of the pioneering wineries to risk planting roots in a wholly undiscovered wine region of Oregon’s Chehalem Valley, Adelsheim is universally recognized as a creator of remarkable Oregon Pinot noir and Chardonnay that connects wine lovers around the world to the spirit and beauty of Oregon.
Hennen’s winemaking technique is admired for an almost sixth sense for bringing out the essential qualities of the fruit and place, rendering wines that are age-worthy, complex and truly delicious. A winemaker only has 25 or 30 harvests in a lifetime; Hennen works to make every vintage count.
As guests enjoy this sumptuous meal, Aaron and Gina will share details tableside of how the wines were selected to enhance the seasonally focused courses, tasting notes, Adelsheim’s wine making philosophy and more. We welcome guests of the Inn, locals, and visitors to Cannon Beach to enjoy this memorable evening.
