Montenidoli, Vernaccia di San Gimignano Fiore, Vernaccia, Crisp White, San Gimignano, Tuscany, Italy, Y, Made from the free-run must that emerges from the destemmed grapes before they are pressed, this wine reveals Vernaccia’s elegance and finesse. Rich and elegant bouquet, round and persistent in the mouth           

Fennel Red Onion Pesto

From the Gracious Gourmet, this pesto combines fennel and fresh red onions which are slowly caramelized with olive oil and lemon juice.  Vegan and naturally gluten-free.

Podda Classico

This pasteurized sheep & cow’s milk cheese from Sardinia has a nice Zing with a nutty finish.

Montenidoli Il Garrulo, Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Smooth Red, San Gimignano, Tuscany, Italy, Y, Delicious full and dry fragrances and flavors, a classic, Awesome floral red fruit bouquet; earthy, with black tea notes and a hint of Italian cheese.

Merguez Pizza with Broccoli Rabe

D’Artagnan Merguez Sausage (lamb & Moroccan spices) with cooked Broccoli Rabe on our Wonderful Pizza Crust (see Freezer).

Crust either white or wheat.

Montenidoli, Toscana Rosso, Sangiovese, Smooth Red, San Gimignano, Tuscany, Italy, Y, A bright, brilliant red, with a fresh clean nose.. In the mouth it is lively and exuberant with a tough, long aftertaste.

Great Hill Blue Cheese

This raw cow’s milk cheese is made in MA.  It is tart, tangy and full of flavor.  One of the most nuanced blues in the US. 

Selvapiana Vin Santo, Trebbiano Toscano; Malvasia, Dessert, Ruffina, Tuscany, Italy, Y, "Deep amber in colour with perfumes of dried fruits on the nose. This wine is intense, rich and luscious, the sweetness balanced by good acidity and concentration, ensuring a fresh finish"
