Eisacktaler Kellerei Aristos, Kerner (a cross of Riesling & Schiava) Soft White, Alto Adige, Italy            , A very floral wine with white stone fruit and great minerality, It's refined and coats the tongue nicely. The wineries top wine.

Bermuda Triangle

From Cypress Grove, this is Humboldt Fog but in a Pyramid Shape.  Lovely goat’s milk cheese with vegetable ash.  Tangy and delicious.

Hofgut Falkenstein, Niedermennig Sonnenberg Spätlese Trocken, Riesling, Soft White, Mosel, Germany, Falkenstein, therefore, is one of the rare Saar producers that specializes in distinctive, bracing, light, dry wines bottled traditionally by the cask. This wine is steely, with lemon-lime notes and great depth

Tandori Garlic Spread

Indian spices and some heat. Very flavorful and spicy!


Ottin Elio, Petit Arvine, Soft White, Aosta, Italy, Y, This wine has an intense floral bouquet, with herbal and olive notes and a hint of salt…very long.           

Gruyere, Maple Bacon Onion JamBruschetta

Easy – spread Stonewall Kitchen’s jam on oiled baguettes, top with cheese and toast till the cheese melts.

A Los Vinateros Bravos, Volcanico, Pais, Fresh Red, Sur, Chile, Y, A bouquet of elegant spicy fruit with earth notes leading to four berry flavors with nice acidity and length and a distinctiveness from volcanic soil. All natural, from 100-year-old vines.     

Pate L’Orange

A bright, fresh-tasting pate with pistachios, orange zest and orange liquor. Contains nuts!

Bichi, No Sapiens Tecate  Unknown (Dolcetto and or Carignan?), Smooth Red, Baha, Mexico, Y, Lots of crunchy black raspberry and black cherry, with ample vibrancy and structure. All natural, this wine has a nice funky structure in the mouth (decant)

The great sheep’s milk cheese of Spain.  Sharp and so, so delicious.

Bodegas Delgado Zuleta PX Sherry, Pedro Ximenez, Dessert, Andalucia, Spain, Pedro Ximenez is the grape for this, the sweetest style of sherry. For this wine the grapes are dried in the sun, resulting in a complex wine with good acidity to balance the sweetness
