If you missed the last sparkling class, here is your second chance.
Sparkling wines are famously relegated as an aperitif for special occasions and elegant toasts. As we break out the bubbly for the Holiday’s, we can appreciate the great diversity of sparkling wines and their affinity with food. In this class, we will taste and discuss classic bubbles including, Champagne, prosecco, sparkling rose’ and others. We will taste each one alone and pair with appropriate food to appreciate how well sparkling wine can be a compliment at the table.
$35 per person includes, wine, food and class.
