Kicking off the Yadkin Winter Reds event, a delicious “tapas” style dinner featuring small bites that complement each wine red wine pairing at Jasper’s Restaurant at Sanders Ridge Vineyards.   Windsor Run Cellars – Guilty paired with Charred Center Cut Salmon Medallion atop Red Wine Risotto Cake, Shadow Springs Vineyard - Petite Verdot paired with Pork Tenderloin Sweet Potato Puree Soppresata Marmalade, Brandon Hills Vineyard – Merlot served with Hanger Steak "Crostini" Blue Cheese Fondue,  Hanover Park Vineyard – Provencia paired with Slow-Cooked Chicken Confit & Jumbo Shrimp Whipped Ricotta & Pepperoni Sauce, Dobbins Creek Vineyard – Ram Cat Red served with Bison "Patty Melt" Caramelized Onions & Melted Tallegio, Laurel Gray Vineyard - Cabernet Sauvignon served with Stuffed Roasted Pepper with Braised Short Ribs & Mushroom and Melange Midnight Magdalena Vineyard – Tapestry No. 1029 featuring Bacon Wrapped Duck Parsnip Puree.  Cost is $86.19 per person includes taxes and gratuity.
