Union Sacre is easily the most exciting new  California winery we’ve come across in years. Their skin contact Gewürztraminer is exotic and flavorful but still dry and pure. Their Riesling is lovely, aromatic, and – again – dry.  Their Syrah is muscular, rich and deep.  nd their Happy Canyon Cabernet Sauvignon is vibrant, pure, and still big and bold enough to handle a steak.

What’s even better than the wines (and the silly good prices) is the story behind this soon-to-be-famous micro-estate and its founder/partners, Philip Muzzy and France’s Xavier Arnaudin.  And the best way to get to know both the wines and the story is by joining Xavier and us for this great class and tasting featuring the wines of Union Sacre.  We’ll taste:

Union Sacre Gewurtztraminer Belle De Nuit 2016
Union Sacre Riesling Fraulein San Luis Obispo 2016
Union Sacre Pinot Noir The Squire 2016
Union Sacre Cabernet Sauvignon Le Confident 2016
Union Sacre Cabernet Sauvignon Le Clandestine 2015
Union Sacre Cabernet Sauvignon Le Passion du Diable 2015

Right now is the time to reserve your seats to what I guarantee will be one of your top wine tasting/class experiences of 2018. As always, we’ll serve light snacks with the wines and have plenty of great information and conversation to share. Reserve your seats now online or by calling us at the store at 703.356.6500.  Join us!
