Grab your workout buddies to get toned and refreshed with Pilates and Wine! You’ll leave feeling focused, relaxed and ready for a new week!
$20 per person. This includes 1 hour of Pilates and 2 glasses of wine of your choice! Pay when you come.
Bring an exercise mat. There will be extra mats available if needed.

Please arrive no later than 4:00 to get checked in, claim a spot on the floor and order dinner (not included but recommended!) so everyone is ready to start class at 4:15pm:)
Pilates will be taught by Amanda Nordwald. You’ll work on exercises for the core, legs, back, butt and arms! We will also focus on mindful breathing and take lots of breaks to stretch. New to Pilates? No worries! It’s a great exercise for beginners because of the slow pace, it’s gentle on joints and there’s no choreography.
