Explore the beautiful blend of science and art that is artisan cheesemaking with Kimi Ceridon. She’ll take you through the basics of home cheesemaking with a hands-on demonstration of Ricotta, Panir, Queso Blanco, and you even get to pull your own Mozzarella!
There’ll also be a discussion (and tasting) of some more advanced styles and techniques. You’ll take home the fruits of your labor and the recipes to replicate these cheeses at home!
