To help kick off weekend one of the 2018 Oregon Truffle Festival, this extended cooking class at the Culinary Institute at Lane Community College will feature dishes using both Oregon black and white winter truffles. Taught by the Institute’s head chef, Chris Crosthwaite, this class will send you home with recipes and knowledge necessary to use truffles in ways that enhance their extraordinary appeal.
