Working side-by-side with Julie Logue-Riordan, this intimate class will show you techniques for selecting, storing, preparing and enjoying truffles. So tie on your apron, roll up your sleeves and join in the fun as you prepare a delicious three-course truffle lunch featuring seasonally based dishes designed around the star ingredient: truffles! When the cooking’s done, sit down among new friends and enjoy your meal paired with fine wine. Menu includes amuse bouche, appetizer, entree with sides and dessert plus wine pairing.
