Meet our dear friend chef, sommelier & certified cheese master taster, Roberto, from Tuscany! This fall you don’t have to travel far to experience the Tuscan way of life, cuisine and wine. Together with executive Chef Patric Good, Roberto will present the food & wine culture of Tuscany and Naples, where Roberto's parents are from, with an emphasis on the Slow Food Movement of which he has been an instrumental advocate for throughout Italy. In addition to an entertaining and educational presentation, you will enjoy Chef Patric’s authentic dishes prepared with fresh seasonal ingredients flown directly from Italy, along with quality local ingredients, served with a side of Italian charm in a multi-course luncheon paired with beautiful regional wines. The fresh cheeses, olive oil and wines will also be available for sale.
