This Thanksgiving, the Coronado Island Marriott Resort & Spa features a creative holiday menu that highlights classic dishes as well as Cali Baja inspired cuisine. Crafted by Executive Chef Michael Poompan, the three-course dinner is available from 12 p.m. until 5 p.m. and, guests enjoy a stunning view of the San Diego Bay. The three-course menu is priced at $75 per adult and $30 for children under 12. Menu highlights include:


Classic Dishes -

  • Butternut Squash and Apple Soup

  • Classic Caesar Salad with Croutons, Dry Jack , and Caesar Dressing

  • Prime Rib, Jus

  • Roasted Turkey Breast with Gravy

  • Truffle Butter Mashed Potatoes

  • Bourbon Glazed Sweet Potatoes

  • Little Gem Wedge, Fried Chorizo, Cherry Tomatoes, Cotija Cheese and Citrus Vinaigrette

  • Red Mojo Ceviche
