The Wine House is pleased to offer the WSET Level 1 Award in Sake daycourse on Sunday, February 18, 2018.

This class is ideal for consumers who want to learn more about sake and increase their enjoyment of this popular beverage. If you’ve looked at a sake menu and wanted to understand it better, this is a perfect opportunity to increase your knowledge. The class consists of 6 hours of instruction, the tasting of 8 sakes and a light sushi lunch. It concludes with a short 30-question multiple-choice exam of 45 minutes. Successful candidates receive the internationally-recognized WSET® Level 1 Award in Sake. The instructor will be Toshio Ueno, SSI WSET Certified Sake Educator, Certified Master Sake & Shochu Sommelier.
