Wine     Tasting (walk around)     Entertainment     Educational

With the holidays right upon us it usually entails family gatherings and an endless amount of festivities! This tasting will be themed to finding the perfect wines everyone will enjoy that won’t break your budget! Our second goal is to feature wines that will pair well with all those traditional dishes people will be cooking up! This time of year, to warm up on these cold winter days, people enjoy vegetable pureed soups such as creamy cauliflower soup, butternut squash soup with roast garlic, creamy broccoli soup, and the ultimate classic, tomato soup! Nutty Italian white wines will match perfectly with your creamy vegetable soups! Classic winter meals also include game birds like turkey and quail paired with roasted green beans, honey roasted carrots, and sweet potatoes! Depending on the sauce or stuffing of your quail you can try pairing it with an oaky chardonnay or reds with higher acidity and lower, softer tannins. An easy and enjoyable appetizer and or meal, a classic, pate with cheese and a baguette! The beautiful thing about pate and cheese is that you can pair this with zesty white wines to earthy red wines and all the way to ports! So join us to explore wines that will pair well with your favorite winter foods!

What to Expect:

This event is aimed to host a select gathering of like-minded wine and food lovers who are eager to share wine, stories, laughter, and friendship. We welcome you whether you are an entry-level wine drinker or a well-traveled wine connoisseur. The wines we will sample are carefully hand selected by our premier wine buying team. Please, consider joining us in the midst of a busy week to unwind and take a break from the routines of your normal day to sample some amazing wines while listening to an incredibly well-informed speaker about regions and varietals you may not yet have visited or tasted.
