OB Warehouse invites you to attend school, trust me, it is not what you expect. It's BEER SCHOOL: OB Warehouse Beer Sessions! These classes are intended for anyone interested in learning more about beer. Cohn Restaurant Group's Certified Cicerone®, Maurice DiMarino will teach three classes this spring. Beers will be tasted and beer friendly fare will be served after class.
SESSION 1: A History of Beer: Then and Now

Session 2: Beer Styles Secrets
May 21st 3-4:30 pm $38/person
Learn to evaluate and differentiate beer styles. You will blind taste similar beer styles side by side and find the nuances which make them different. By the end of this class you will have a greater understanding of beer and its many styles.
Beer Session 3: Hands on Beer Lab
June 18th 3-4:30 pm $48/person (includes price for off flavor kit)
Learn to evaluate the flavors of beer. You will learn to distinguish and describe the impact that yeasts, grains, hops and water have on beer. You will also learn about off flavors and what casues them so you will know when a beer is flawed and when to return it.
