A celebration of our 10th vintage! Chef Brant has created five delicious courses to complement five of our favorite wines. Erik, our winemaker, will explain the background of each wine and Twin Owl’s owner Thad Eggan will talk about the process of creating the perfect dish to pair it with. This will be a great opportunity to learn more about the process behind the scenes and how you can create great pairings at home. This will be an interactive evening with plenty of time to ask questions and delve deeper into the world of wine and food.
