Ever wondered how the pros taste wines “blindly?” No, not with blindfolds (that would be something entirely different) but when the taster has no knowledge of the wine and attempts to guess what it could be. For this class, Wine and Spirits Director Gretchen Thomas will teach many of the secrets to tasting blindly and attendees will get to participate in a real blind tasting. Wine friendly tapas will be served by Chef Frank Proto to accompany the mystery wines.
