Rim cuisine is an exciting mix of flavors and cultures. It’s where Thailand meets San Francisco. Asian, French and New World cooking techniques
that are “ingredient driven” create an incredible fusion of great diversity.
Wine Dinner is about the utilizing our California fresh ingredients and
bringing these treasures to you on a trip around the Pacific Ocean. Our wines are from Nevada and El Dorado
1st Course: Our trip starts in San Francisco Bay
with Deviled Dungeness Crab in a fresh Pasta Shell

We fly across the Pacific to Thailand for a Lemon Grass, Mango and Chicken
Served with D.K. Cellars Sauvignon Blanc
A long bus ride south across the border to Malaysia and we whip up Spicy
Lewis Grace Patriot 2007 Tempranillo
Next we fly 4600 miles southeast to Sydney, Australia for some of the
world’s tastiest Barbequed Lamb Chops.

Dessert: For Dessert
we head northeast back across the Pacific to Mexico for a decadent Chocolate
Served with Montoliva Late Harvest Barbera
