will be offering a prix-fixe menu with wine pairings for you and your
sweetheart Thursday night, February 14th, 2013.
dinner will include four courses prepared by our Executive Chef Rachel
Kelley, while our Winemaker Craig Haarmeyer carefully picked our wine
pairings for each course.
- Appetizer: Scallop, Creamy Bacon Polenta, Frisee paired with the reserve St. Rey Chardonnay
- Salad: Mixed Greens, Citrus Suppremes, Candied Almond, Feta Cheese paired with Sauvignon Blanc
- Entree: Wine Braised Shortribs, Wild Mushroom Bordelaise, Sweet
Potato Puree, and Roasted Root Vegetables paired with Cabernet Sauvignon
will be two seatings for our dinner, 5:30pm and 8:00pm. Reservations
and pre-pay required. $65/person, $55/person for our wine club members,
