Spend the evening with us learning about the dynamic changes within Yamhill-Carlton and the heart of the Willamette Valley through the lens of Brian O'Donnell of Belle Pente Winery.

Passed appetizers: Salmon Tartare on English Cucumber and Vegetable Stuffed Mushrooms with 2014 and 2008 Belle Pente Estate Chardonnay

First Course of Mushroom Trumpet Pasta to pair with a flight of Belle Pente Pinot Noir Murto Vineyard, Dundee Hills of vintages 2016, 2013, 2006, and 1998.

Second Course of either Short Ribs or Duck Confit to pair with a second flight of Belle Pente Estate Reserve Pinot Noir from vintages 2015, 2013, 2007, 2000, and 2000.

Cheese Course to be enjoyed with your favorite wine of the evening.

We encourage all guests of the event to BYO to share with other guests and the winemaker at the end of the dinner and presentation.
