Level II Advanced Wine Course: Tuesdays 6pm - 10:30pm, May 12, 2020 - July 21, 2020

Did you know that one of the “Top 5 Wine Schools” in the nation is teaching in your area?

This Level II Advanced Wine Course is designed to prepare you for a management level position as a sommelier, event planner, a buyer for a wine shop or restaurant, or to be a sales person with a distributor or importer. We have even had numerous wine makers also take this course. If you are not in the trade you will have increased knowledge that will enhance your travel experience as well as your at-home entertaining experience.  You will be very comfortable walking into any wine shop and knowing what the label is telling you about the wine whether it is from the US or Abroad.

You do not have to be in the "trade" to take this course! If you are a serious enthusiast, or are considering changing careers, this is a course you should take to increase your understanding of wine law, what information is on the label, how each country in the course has to abide by certain laws when producing wine, and how to properly open, serve, and talk about wine.

By telling us your wine education/career objectives you will have the opportunity to design your own customized course of study as you move into our advanced classes. This is a unique and unparalleled approach in wine education!

The 11 Week Level 2 Advanced Wine Course includes:

  • Component Tasting
  • French Wine
  • Italian Wine
