Cost: $225 per person

Methode Champenoise, or Methode Traditionelle, is employed all over the

world. Join us for a decadent four-course lunch as we explore

offerings from Laurent-Perrier (France), Paula Kornell (California)

and “not Prosecco” Ca del Bosco (Italy) along with Polanco Caviar.

Proceeds support our beloved High Museum Educational Programs.
