Celebrate the Lunar New Year with sparkling Petillant Naturel wine, aka Pet-Nat. What is Pet-Nat? Its original method name is Methode Ancestrale, the ancient way to make sparkling wine. The partially fermented wine is bottled, leaving the remaining fermentation to happen in the bottle, which traps the gas causing the bubbles to form. This method is not consistent bottle to bottle, but always makes for an interesting and tasty experience.
