We’ll tackle those questions as we explore the wide range of expressions Syrah can show, from the cool, stony, vineyards of France’s Northern Rhone to Spain, California, South Africa and – of course – Australia! You’ll learn the difference between Syrah and Shiraz, why whole clusters matter, and even why a tiny bit of Viognier sneaks into some blend.
This is a One Sip at a Time Class. These classes focus developing your palate and wine description capabilities while learning about varietals, wine styles, and special topics like food/wine pairing, wine and chocolate and more. We'll serve light appetizers and offer plenty of chances for questions (and answers) in this highly interactive class.
