Join us for a 5-Course Wine Dinner with Ryan Anderson from the Unfiltered Collection. We will be tasting some delicious wines from all over the world, but most importantly The Debate Wines with the entree course. The Debate Wines are from three different Beckstoffer Vineyards, harvested and created the same way, but each uniquely different from where they are located. We also were able to obtain the wines from the 2010 vintage, so we can see how age really creates a wine. Chef Kurt has prepared his own debate with serving three different steaks all aged differently. Come and debate with us on this fun evening.
