Southside Cafe at South Napa Century Center and Dan Dawson’s Wine Advisor welcome you to a tasting of Sparkling Rosé wines. Start your Valentine’s Day evening with pink bubbles at Southside. Bring your sweetie for a casual, fun tasting of Sparkling Rosé wines from near and far. Pink bubbles from local legend Schramsberg plus Spain (Cava), France (Cremant de Bourgogne) and Tasmania will be poured. Enjoy five wines for $15. Southside’s real California cuisine with a Latin influence will be available during and after the tasting.
