Cost: $60

Irish whiskey boasts a fascinating history that extends far beyond the beer-and-booze bingefest that is St. Patrick’s Day. In fact, experts believe that it was one of the very first spirits to be created (likely around the 12th century), and up until the 1800s it was the most popular spirit in the world. Here, we invite you to explore the Gaelic whiskey tradition with us as we taste through 6 unique drams. You can look forward to trying a modern-day replica of the 12th-century distillation style, a range of more classic bottlings, and new-age Irish whiskeys that are just now starting to hit the market.

In addition to the whiskeys, your ticket includes a small antipasti plate with cheese, crackers, and charcuterie. We’ll see you in class!
