We’re starting a new series!
Our four dinners in December at Shoe & Canoe all sold out, and our four 2019 evenings at ATCO Blue Flame Kitchen sold out too, so we’re combining these concepts to offer Shoe & Canoe Kitchen Parties!
We’ll be watching chefs Paul Audet and Phil Andrews cook our dishes and talk us through the steps and techniques, and we’ll take home the recipes after enjoying six courses of this delicious food, with each dish carefully paired to complement the flavours.
Our February evening is romantic dishes for Valentine’s Day and our March evening is on the 1st day of Spring, so we’ll be celebrating fresher food and the end of winter!
