Chart House Invites Locals To The Roaring Twenties For New Year's Dinner

Rewind to the Roaring Twenties to ring in 2020! Chart House invites Jacksonville-area residents to the Roaring Twenties New Year’s Eve Party on Tuesday, December 31 from 4 p.m. – 1 a.m.  Guests are encouraged to wear their best costume to enjoy a four-course meal, live entertainment and various raffles throughout the evening. A champagne toast is included in the second seating. 

First Course (choice of)
• Beef Carpaccio – truffled arugula, fried capers, crostini
• Shrimp Cocktail – chilled with cocktail sauce

Second Course (choice of)
• Wild Mushroom Salad – arugula, roasted wild mushrooms, goat cheese, lemon vinaigrette, balsamic glaze
• Caesar Salad – romaine hearts, house-made croutons, white anchovies, parmesan frico chips
• Clam Chowder
• Lobster Bisque

Third Course (choice of)
• Boursin Filet Mignon – lump crab, Boursin cheese, smoked fingerling potatoes, cabernet demi
• Dynamite Chilean Sea Bass – Asian glasage, aged basmati rice, kimchee dressing
• Roasted Duck – Grand Marnier sun dried cherry demi, sweet potato mash
• King Salmon Provence – squash ratatouille, pistachio basil gremolata
• Prime Rib Oscar – lump crab, champagne bearnaise, asparagus, three potato mash
• Sweet Tea Chicken – sweet corn spoonbread, crispy tabasco onions, maple butter

Dessert (choice of)
• Triple Chocolate Lava Cake – Godiva lava cake, cocoa ice cream, chocolate fudge sauce
• Dark Cherry Cheesecake – amarena cherries, amaretto crème anglaise
