Some Finger Lakes sunsets can resemble goblets of golden light that can be mesmerizing. When the sunset peeks through the vines at Knapp the multi-colored lights can be like fire dancing in the vineyard. As you look towards the horizon the scenery is always a respite from our daily routine. Seafood & Sunset is a vineyard picnic that will captivate your love of wine, food and scenery. The menu is simple- shrimp, steamed clams and mussels served on yesterday’s newspaper. Grilled salmon with crab cakes alongside classic salt potatoes, corn on the cob, coleslaw and other surprises, only to end with a sunny dessert.
