Keeler’s Neighborhood Steakhouse hosts a five-course wine pairing dinner on Tuesday, October 22 featuring Paul Hobbs Wines. Each course of the winemaker’s dinner has been specially crafted so each dish and each wine complement one another. Menu features plates developed by Chef Anthony Apolinar with Paul Hobbs wines from around the world including:
1st Course: Diver Scallop Crudo with frisée and apple salad, and pickled peppers, paired with Crossbarn Chardonnay, Sonoma Coast
2nd Course: Pork Roulade with chorizo, cherries, and butternut squash puree served with Alto Limay Pinot Noir, Patagonia
3rd Course: Lollipop Lamb Chops with Brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes, and lamb jus complemented by Vina Cobos Bramare Malbec, Mendoza
4th Course: Prime Petite Filet Mignon with herb red bliss potatoes, lemon-butter asparagus, and cab franc demi paired with Crossbarn Cabernet Franc, Moon Mountain District
5th Course: Pumpkin Tart with cinnamon whipped cream
