Cheesemakers, charcutiers and condiment producers expertly add the truffle to their fare with aplomb, and we will share these gems with you. Classes may be purchased online at scardellocheese.com. In order to cancel, please call 214.219.1300. Scardello will provide a full refund when canceling 48 hours before the start of the class. A 50% refund will be given when canceling 24 hours in advance. There is no refund when canceling the day of the class. Scardello has a strict cancellation policy.
