Join us for a casual French-inspired dinner event here at The Wine Merchant. Our Chef Eric will be making one of France's most famous dishes, Coq Au Vin. We will be serving this along with four specially selected French wines that we think pair best with this dish. You get to taste and compare these wines with the dish and decide on your own favorite pairing.
Coq Au Vin
Slow cooked chicken leg and thigh quarters simmered in a red wine sauce with bacon, mushrooms, and pearl onions, served over Herb de Provence roasted fingerling potatoes.
Space is limited and pre-paid reservations are required. This is a casual dinner and go-at-your-own-pace tasting. There will be seating for 48 available at our high-top barrel tables on a first-come first-seated basis.
