Ray’s is teaming up with Wauwatosa’s newest Italian restaurant, Ca’Lucchenzo Pastificio & Enoteca, for one night only to put on a delicious evening of traditional Italian food and wine pairings! This evening will feature food and wine parings from Piedmonte, Campania, Le Marche and Tuscany. Zak and Sarah Baker, who own Ca’Lucchenzo, worked with Ray’s sommelier and Wine & Spirits Director Nate Norfolk to put together these traditional pairings. Please note that this is event is held in Ray’s Event Space on a Monday evening, and the dishes will be served as small plates.
