Do you like excellent wine? Enjoy quality chocolate?
Want to meet interesting people, support the arts, shop, dance and have FUN? Then come to the infamous Wine & Chocolate benefit for Perceptual Motion, Inc. Dance Company (a non-profit organization, now celebrating over 35 years). The evening includes a mini performance, food, wine, dance lesson, dancing, raffle and Silent Auction.

The company produces an annual concert at such venues as Links Hall and the Ruth Page Theatre, founded Dancing in the Square festival in NorthCenter, performs annually in the Harold Washington Library’s noontime dance series and numerous dance festivals/venues.  PMI conducts dance residencies and teacher in services in Chicagoland schools through Urban Gateways and independently. Children’s dance classes have been taught at Pilgrim Lutheran School, Lakeside Square Apartments and Lycee Francais.  Classes for adults and teens are offered at our studio on Damen Ave.

Perceptual Motion is well known for its performances and programs for elders. Tai Chi/Movement classes are offered at Weiss Hospital, The Breakers Retirement Community and Mather Edgewater. Gentle yoga classes are taught at our studio on Damen. The National Center for Creative Aging honored Perceptual Motion, Inc. as one of six organizations nationwide named Selected Best Practices in Dance for Older People.
